Traverse Freight Ltd is a courier, freight and removals company based in Manchester. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can contact us at info@traversefreight.co.uk or on 07359 128816.
What we collect
When you request a quote, book a job, leave a review or apply to drive with us, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email address, phone number, collection and delivery addresses, and information about the goods. For driver applications we also collect details about your vehicle, insurance and experience.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, quote for and carry out deliveries, provide tracking and proof of delivery, invoice you, and assess driver applications. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into a contract with you, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
How long we keep it
We keep delivery and invoice records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Unsuccessful quote requests and driver applications are deleted after 12 months.
