About Traverse Freight

A new Manchester courier, freight and removals company, built around one idea: if we say it will happen, it happens.

Why we work this way

Most businesses don’t think about their courier until a delivery goes wrong. Then they find out how hard it is to reach anyone who knows where their goods are.

Traverse Freight works the other way round. It’s a small, director-run company, so the person you book with is the person responsible for your delivery. They know where the van is, what’s on board and who’s waiting for it. That’s why the promise is in our name.

How we work

  • Dedicated vans on direct routes
  • Fully insured for the goods we carry
  • Run by the director, not a call centre
  • Clear prices, agreed before we set off

Why Manchester

Manchester sits where the M6, M60, M62 and M56 meet. From here a van reaches Glasgow, London, Bristol or Hull in under five hours, which is why so much of the country’s freight moves through the North West.

Being here means fewer empty miles, faster collections across the North, and a realistic same-day reach to most of Britain.

Growing carefully

We’re starting with two vans, a long-wheelbase Sprinter and a Luton with a tail-lift, and growing one reliable driver at a time. Anyone who drives for us meets the same standard: fully insured and briefed on how we look after goods and customers.

If you drive for a living and want steady, well-planned work, find out about driving with us.
