Tell us about the job
Call, WhatsApp or fill in the quote form with the collection and delivery details.
Have ready: both postcodes, a rough size and weight, and when it needs to arrive.

Get a price and a time
We quote a fixed price and confirm when the van will arrive. Accept by phone or reply to the email.
We aim to reply within the hour during working hours.

Collection
The driver arrives, checks the goods, photographs them and gets a signature.
You get a message to say your goods are on board and on their way.

On the road
We keep an eye on the traffic and the timing. If there’s a delay, you’ll know first.
Updates come by text or WhatsApp, whichever you prefer.

Delivered and signed
Your goods are handed over, signed for and photographed. Proof of delivery is emailed straight away.
Business customers on monthly terms get one invoice with every proof of delivery attached.
